• Spanning 33 acres, the brewery contains over 54 buildings, providing tremendous opportunity for the City of Saint Paul and its future partners to create a strong commercial, retail, and housing development to complement APCC.

• The oldest buildings on the site date back to the 1860s.

• A number of buildings contain large open spaces, with ceilings that are 40+ feet high, and amenable to unique configurations.

• The site is easily accessible from I-35E and I-94, and is near the Phalen Corridor.

• Located on the Phalen Creek Recreational Trail, and adjacent to historic Swede Hollow Park, a beautiful nature experience

Community leaders working on the development plan for the Hamm’s site are seeking partners that are interested in pursuing the renovation of part of the brewery complex into a multi-use arts based community center in Saint Paul. APCC is a perfect fit for these goals.
